1.2 Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 50 pieces.
1.3 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Ordering and Payment

2.1 All orders must meet or exceed our MOQ of 50 pieces.
2.2 Prices are subject to change without notice.
2.3 Payment is due in full before the commencement of any work.

Delivery

3.1 Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
3.2 We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

Intellectual Property

4.1 Upon full payment, the client receives full commercial usage rights to the AI-generated content.
4.2 Project-Ai.art retains the right to use generated artworks for portfolio and promotional purposes.

No Refund Policy

5.1 Due to the custom nature of our AI-generated art, we do not offer refunds once an order has been processed.
5.2 In the event of significant errors on our part, we will offer revisions or regeneration of the affected pieces.

Limitation of Liability

6.1 Project-Ai.art is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Changes to Terms

7.1 We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
